
Mastering Resilience: Practical Techniques from ‘The Resilience Factor’
Resilience is one of the other qualities I wish to inculcate in me because I believe the ability to adjust to change is vital in the journey to being consistent. In the process, I came across the book ‘The Resilience Factor: 7 Keys to Finding Your Inner Strength and Overcoming Life’s Hurdles‘ by Karen Reivich and Andrew Shatte. What attracted me the most to the book is that the authors offer exercises to improve the skill along with sufficient details that satisfied my curiosity about the exercises and the overall topic.
