Me 2.0

Me 1.0 was a very lazy, easygoing person. I was mostly low on confidence about everything. My professional life, physical appearance or personality as a whole. I also had to deal with attachment issues. However, my mindset changed overnight. I suddenly found the desire to work on my physical appearance and health. I started hitting the gym regularly and started following a healthy diet. I could finally see changes after a few months of consistency, following this new routine brought in discipline into my life. I was no longer lazy or laid back. This indirectly improved my confidence as a whole and I’ve never looked back since then. All I want to say is, when you want to do something badly “enough” you will do it no matter what. Good luck 👍
