Mastering Confidence: Lessons from The School of Greatness on Beating Insecurities
When a reader asks me to write on a particular topic, it is a privilege. I immediately jumped into the research phase, and finding the perfect source to know more about the topic took some time. But oh boy did I find a treasure full of knowledge. I am talking about the Podcast “School of Greatness”. I am simply baffled by the number of episodes I discovered and the quality of content in each. It was more than a delight to consume the content. The episode had valuable insights and a few exercises to deal with personal insecurities.

- My insecurities are based on Envy. The podcast taught me to handle these emotions from a different point of view. Instead of hiding them away (as they are bad emotions). Take some time to undertsand them. Follow the Envy it tells you what needs to be achieved. That is goal which is higher than what you usallly aim.
- Do not Hesitate to talk about your insecurities to your trusted ones. (Trusted ones only). This reduces shame and aids in getting rid of them.
- Let yourself try new things and explore yourself, knowing and reinventing yourself mkaes you feel so much better about yourself and it is an important step in this journey.
- Whenever going gets tough, just remember building yourself is the better path taken than loosing yourself trying to fit in and giving into insecurities.
