20 Seconds to Better Mornings: Top Shorts for Early Risers
“The best way to make your dreams come true is to wake up early” by Paul Valéry, a French poet, essayist, and philosopher, I believe seizing the day starts with seizing the morning by waking up early, and avoiding distractions to complete the most important task of the day. That is to say, set the pattern for the day ahead.
Recently, I have tried and learnt a small, well-known but powerful fact about the human body that thrives when I respect and follow the body’s Internal Clock, i.e., the Circadian rhythm. Hence, my desire to continue to follow the pre-set clock resulted in me starting the Sunshine series. Let us begin this journey together to inculcate the habit of waking up early and taking things off the to-do list, another icing on the proverbial cake.
There is another reason for this desire: I believe this journey can help me become a better person by making better choices that impact every aspect of my life including Personal and Professional, thus this week’s blog is dedicated to hints and hacks from youtube shorts (I believe this is the best and beneficial way there is to consume micro videos, one which makes you wiser) that helped me kick start this journey on a great note. Because it is a no-brainer that waking up early is one of the most difficult things we do in our entire day.

Sunlight is one of them and boy oh boy it is very important to wake up. Who doesn’t like a cosy space to go to bed but make sure it ain’t dark.
On a mellow note consider options such as escalating Alarm or a song as an alarm if you dont want to be awakened rudely, I believe this one makes sure your day has a melodious start.Wake up with a smile I say.
